Senior Accounts Executive At Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd

Our client "Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their company!   What you'll be doing? Prepare monthly schedule for all the balance sheet (Prepaymet, Accruals, (Term Loan, HP Interest, Deposits, ROU, ECL & PPE schedule. Maintaining the schedule and double check for Escrow account, BA & IVF Checking accounting classification, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy. Supervise the surbodinate on double entry and maintain the daily support. Preparation monthly payments to subcontractors, all vendors and staffs' claim. Assigns expenses to appropriate cost centers. Verify half monthly labour and sub-contractor claims. Preparation of monthly, annual and other periodic financial statements and reports. Preparation of annual audit accounts and schedules. Liaising with auditors and tax agents / banker. Updating of monthly project status and payments. Performs related work as assigned. Who?are?they?looking?for? Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting  ACCAMinimum 3 years experience within the construction field and familiar with ERP system. Able to work independently without close supervision. Experience in leading junior/assistance level
  Working Hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri), alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)
