Thus, we are looking for a Sr Accounts Executive to:
-Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables and vendor payables.
-Reconcile local and foreign vendor and customer Accounts Payables and Receivables.
-Handle and reconcile daily cash-flow reports
-Coordinate with the internal department for payment and collection arrangements to ensure timely arrangement.
-Daily updating and checking bookkeeping via Quickbooks Accounting System
-To conduct monthly inventory stock take to ensure system and physical stock tallies
-Maintain fixed asset register by updating into the accounting and necessary systems
-Prepare and process withholding tax and SST payments within the stipulated deadlines
-Provide assistance to other departments on any queries that they may have from time to time
-Coordinate with internal department and execute for all accounts related matters
-Manage the daily Quickbooks Accounts System Data Back-up and monitor the filing system all in order.
-Attend to any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the manager and/or such other person such as the Chief Executive Officer shall decide
-Coordinate with Company Secretarial and Auditor for related matters as and when required.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate preferably possess a Bachelor in Accounting or relevant
-Experience in Accounting field minimum of 3 years
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Persuasive and excellent influencing skills
-Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others
-Must be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging startup environment.
