Senior / Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare full set of accounts within the timeframe to present monthly and annually accounting reports.Handle and manage accounts payables, accounts receivables, cash book and general ledger efficiently and in a timely manner.Monitor bank balances and perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy.Maintain records and manage documents in good and proper manner.Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, bank officers and regulatory bodies as necessary.Ensure compliance of operational procedures to internal control and accounting policies.Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers nd related authority's parties when necessary.Perform any other tasks assigned as and when required. Job Requirements:
Recognized degree and / or professional qualification in Accounting and /or Finance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, competent in data management and Excel functionFluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing)Minimum 3 years of working experienceA team player who is self-motivated, independent and has excellent interpersonal skillsAble to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate good analytical skills and ability in problem-solving
