Limitless Technology is a vertically integrated e-commerce group with a track record of launching, scaling, and acquiring profitable gifting brands across Asia Pacific. Founded in 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, we presently focus on four categories: Flowers, Gifting, Cakes and Confectionary. Brands include Flower Chimp, Cake Rush, LVLY and Happy Bunch.
Since our inception, our strategy continues to evolve around rapidly scaling our brands as well as expanding into new markets. We now operate with six different brands across six fast growing markets. This strategy is enabled by our proprietary tech platform and end-to-end inhouse capabilities along the entire value chain of e-commerce.
We are now looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our fast growing team!
Key responsibilities



-Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, receipts, invoices, and payments


-Handle accounts payable and receivable


-Verification of invoices -Month end reporting for subsidiary


-Assist with internal and external audits.


-Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies.

; Requirements:-  Requirements



-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Finance


-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience


-Advanced skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets


-Knowledge in Xero, Shopify and other related accounting software


-Result oriented with excellent attention to detail math's logic, and multi-tasking skills


-Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships


-e-Commerce industry exposure is advantage


-Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
