Senior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:
To handle full set accounts (AP, AR, GL & others).
Perform daily accounting entries, records, banking & finance related tasks.
Perform monthly reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, reconciliation, prepare statements, taxation, etc.
Liaison with internal & external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and ensure statutory compliance.
Monitor & analyze data, suggest improvement plans for accounts processes & systems.
Perform tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Assist in annual budget preparation, cost expenses, and others.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
2-5 years of working experience in a similar role (Junior - Assistant Manager level).
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Added advantage in group consolidation, tax regulation & compliance.
Added advantage if obtained ACCA, CPA, MIA & other professional qualifications.
Strong analytical & detail-oriented.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa & Mandarin.
