About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Admin Clerk cum Account to join our team in Aman Perdana, Klang, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing Handling a variety of administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entryProviding general office support such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and coordinating meetingsMaintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and handling accounts payable and receivablePreparing financial reports and assisting with month-end and year-end accounting proceduresLiaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as neededImplementing and maintaining efficient office systems and procedures What we're looking for Candidates fully fluent in Chinese and below 50 years oldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting roleHigh School, Diploma or Higher Educational qualification in relevant fieldsProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word & Excel, and familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount & SQL (Training will be provided)Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team What we offer Competitive salary and bonusesGreat opportunities for development and career advancementEPF, SOCSO, EIS About us We are a leading specialist in the field of Geotechnical in Malaysia's construction industry.
