The Senior Sales Admin will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions that support the sales department, with a focus on real estate development projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and internal departments, while maintaining high standards of sales operations and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the sales admin & credit control processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processing of Sales & Purchase Agreement and loan documentation.
Coordinate with internal or external parties (e.g. Banker, customer, sales & marketing team) ensuring timely and accurate preparation and execution of SPA & loan documentation.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team, Mortgage team through prompt customer service in regards to preparation and checking of purchase/loan documents to ensure completion till execution of SPA.
Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers for loan documentation; arrange signing appointments.
Prepare regular sales reports, tracking team performance, sales targets, and project milestones.
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Key Requirements:Diploma or higher in Business or related fields.
3-4 years of experience in sales admin or credit control within the property development sector.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
