Job Description What is the opportunity? Our client is a specialist provider of asset services, custody, payments and treasury services. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their 'centres of excellence' and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.Working hours : 9.00am-6.00pmRegion : Singapore & Hong KongWhat will you do?Responsible for timely and accurate processing of various street side and client side fees, such as Nostro & Custodian fees, Client Custody, Management and Performance feesEnsures all regulatory reporting submitted in DTCC are done accurately and in timely mannerPerform reconciliation, preparation and submission of reporting file for FATCA, CRS and Canadian Tax purposesManage requests and queries within stipulated timeframeManage task segregation amongst team membersAdherence to all control points in placeCash breaks investigation and escalationDemonstrate clear understanding and adherence to WM escalation protocol.Review process flows and initiate process improvements via change requests, defectsTake lead in projects, strategic initiatives and testingDemonstrate clear understanding and apply the RBC Values, cultures and leadership model in all daily dealingsActive enrollment in courses offered by Learning & Development team and to apply knowledge gained in day to day processingProvide relief support and other duties assigned and cross train on all functions performed with the team and across departmentWhat do you need to succeed? Must-haveSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environmentMinimum 2 years of working experience within a Private Bank or Wealth Management environmentGood working knowledge of Derivatives Reporting, FATCA, CRS and Canadian Tax ReportingExcellent Microsoft Office skills especially in ExcelStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsGood inter-personal and communication skills (written and verbal)Committed and responsible with an attitude to ensure accuracy and completenessNice-to-haveFamiliarity with Avaloq system and DTCCVBA Macro experienceWhat's in it for you?
