Description du poste CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of two operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our centres of excellence and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.What will you do?Process subscription, redemption, switches and transfer for a range of onshore and offshore fundsMaintain shareholder register and investor filesEnsure internal and external enquiries are managed on time and with high quality standardAccountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)Maintain statistics up to date (including daily team checklist update)Maintain organizational relationship with Management lineEnsure effective resolution of enquiriesEscalation of issues & problemsAct as back up to Supervisor & provide backup relief to all administratorsAssistance in monitoring team's activity to ensure that production requirement are metProcessing and checking of function dependent on file uploads and extracts to ensure that all deadlines are met. This may include the daily upload of price files, SWIFT transaction files.Handle enquiries from investors and distributors (client call centre in English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
