We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly skilled Senior Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising strategies and a proven track record of delivering high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). This role requires leadership in campaign management, strategic decision-making, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for driving large-scale ad campaigns, optimizing budget allocations, and analyzing data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the strategy, development, and execution of complex paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
-Create comprehensive ad strategies that align with overall marketing goals, focusing on customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, and e-commerce growth.
-Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through detailed analysis and constant tweaking of ads, targeting, bids, and landing pages.
-Oversee a substantial advertising budget and allocate resources to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and yield the best possible results.
-Monitor and evaluate ad performance using advanced data analysis tools, adjusting campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
-Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement of ad performance and lead optimization efforts.
-Identify new opportunities and strategies to increase campaign effectiveness, including new ad platforms, tools, and advanced targeting techniques.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising and ensure the team is aware of new technologies and best practices.
-Provide detailed, actionable reports and insights to senior management and clients, outlining campaign results, trends, and recommendations for future initiatives.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad performance, optimization, and platform restrictions in a timely manner.

; Requirements:-
-Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on paid search (PPC), display ads, social media ads, and other performance-based advertising channels.
-Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns with significant budgets, achieving high ROAS and conversions.
-Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms; hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting is a plus.
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, ad tracking, and attribution models.
-Advanced proficiency in advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party ad management platforms.
-Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
-Ability to develop advanced bidding strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
-Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present campaign results and strategies to clients or senior management.
-Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and inspire junior team members.
-Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
-Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications (or similar certifications) are highly preferred.
-Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tik Tok, etc.) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
-Experience with content marketing, SEO, and broader digital marketing strategies.
