Recruit and develop leaders as per business plan and strategies
Develop the agency force to deliver results via Agency Leaders recruitment
Optimize the use of budgets to achieve targeted contribution
Drive profitability by ensuring better quality sales and higher persistency
Ensure that customer satisfaction and after-sales service are monitored and managed effectively
Monitor service trends and customer complaints, responding quickly and effectively to issues identified
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure sales targets are achieved
Plan effective operational support and sales incentives to motivate the agents to deliver the sales targets and objectives
Ensure that expenditure is controlled within budget limits
Create a positive, proactive, and motivational culture within the organization which inspires sales performance and builds loyalty
Be a role model to the agents by demonstrating sales and marketing competence, technical knowledge, and business development skills
Work closely with the Training Department to support any shortage of trainers
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing in the insurance or financial industry
Preferably a graduate degree holder in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Certification relevant to insurance will be an added advantage
Must be computer literate in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
People-oriented and customer-focused
Must be knowledgeable in takaful/insurance products, rules and regulations, marketing campaign management, and financial control processes
Knowledgeable of techniques for analyzing sales data, sales ratio, and performance benchmarks
Strong business acumen and sense of urgency
Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
