You will be counted on leading the Agency Recruitment in the Northern Region to expand the Agency Business. You will also be working closely with the Chief Agency Officer in planning and implementing the Agency Recruitment Strategy for Business Expansion.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant working experience within Agency Development or Agency Recruitment
Possess strong network connection within Life Agency/ Banking/ Property Agents/ Asset Management market
