About the Role
This position supports the related application delivery, including programming, unit testing, system & integration testing, UAT support, PROD deployment support, and incident troubleshooting.
You will be expected to:
Finish assigned tasks on time while following SDLC, including development and incident troubleshooting.
Provide required documentation as per SDLC.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement to adapt to technological advancements and business challenges.
Provide daily reports.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Familiar with at least one programming language (Java/C#/Python preferred).
On-hand development experience or knowledge of mainstream technologies (Database, Cache, Message Queue, Http, Gateway, etc.)
is a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft Office toolkit (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Good self-motivation with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement, and willingness to learn webMethods.
Good listening, communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit.
Clear thinking and strong logical analysis ability.
Fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin in speaking and writing.
Experience in webMethods is preferred.
Having cloud and insurance knowledge or experience is a plus.
Good knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and E2E project delivery experience is a plus.
