Description: Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office in Q Sentral:Senior Analyst - Project Management Operations (Supporting Hong Kong) What can you expect?Be a part of a regional operational shared service centerInteract diverse colleagues and stakeholders from various line of business within MMCWhat is in it for you?Career Development and Training OpportunitiesExplore opportunities to work on regional and global projectsConducive Smart Office work environmentWe will count on you to:Provide day to day operation support to our internal stakeholders, including: Operations and Technology, Finance, Sales and Distributions, LCPA etc.Interface with both business terms and functional teams to execute both BAU and change initiatives, including working with Marsh IT team on driving technology implementation and adoption.Perform data maintenance to ensure data properly setup in Marsh systems and conduct periodic review to improve data quality.Partner with the KL Shared Service Center to implement potential scope expansion in the center.Work with Marsh IT team to facilitate technology upgrade or digital innovation opportunities.Liaise with business in requirement gathering and change management.Co-ordinate cross-functional (e.g. Finance, LCPA, Sales and Distributions) input and resolution of issues related to projects or initiatives.Provide user training to different stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of new technologies.What you need to have:A Degree holder in any fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferable in financial industry.Ability to understand, speak Cantonese and read write Chinese is highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.What makes you stand out:Experience supporting shared service operationAbility to build strong relationships and build rapport with stakeholders, including but not limited to: Sales and Distribution, Legal and Compliance, and clients.Self-starter, resourceful with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the company.Good project management and highly organized – excellent planning, analysis and problem solving skills.
