Senior Analyst, Vendor Management (Outsourcing)

Responsibilities:Plans and facilities vendor performance annual reviews and renewal of Contracts with outsourcing and non-outsourcing (vendor management) before expiry.
Conduct vendor due diligence (Know-Your-Vendor) on outsourcing and non-outsourcing.
Prepare periodic reporting (Quarterly and Annually) to Head Office.
Outsourcing and Non-outsourcing's contract monitoring on a monthly basis.
Ensure timely escalation to Supervisor/Management in case of any issues.
To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
To relieve or cover duties of staff members in the department in his/her absence.
Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar field, especially in vendor management and/or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Good knowledge of statutory requirements and/or related rules.
Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholders' management skills.
Good initiative and ability to manage own time.
Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines and work objectives.
