The Role Summary:
As an IT employee in the Finance Application Management Team (FAMT), this position is responsible for providing support service for the Finance applications across Asia, MENAT, and Pacific. This will support growth through enhancing user productivity, maintaining internal controls, and proactively assessing application requirements to continuously raise the bar on service delivery standards.Scope of Role:
The successful person will form part of the Finance Application Management Team (FAMT).
Support
Support and resolve incidents within the service target agreed with the Business.
Ensure all incidents are managed end-to-end to resolution with the appropriate resource, whether vendor or in-house.
Conduct second-level support.
Conduct impact analysis.
Work closely with Infrastructure, Business Partners, and Vendor to ensure proper deployment of the Business Central / MS Dynamic / NAV environment.
Support the preparation of KPIs to report on Service Delivery performance.
IT Control & Governance
Liaise with Finance teams on control related queries.
Support countries to conduct periodic review of application users.
Ensure Access & Change Management are following the right ITGC Processes.
Support the IT Infrastructure on the recurring Server Maintenance & Service Upgrade Exercises to ensure a secured environment for the finance space.
Project Implementation
Deliver small to medium sized Change Request / projects such as simple M&A integration, small module implementation, etc.
Setup and configure the Sandbox & Production environment for new M&A company.
Prepare data template for data migration purposes.
Work with users in data preparation to ensure the right data is migrated to the new system.
Perform data reconciliation after each migration to ensure data integrity from the source to the new system.
Conduct user training & guide users for UAT.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyse the data request from business and interpret the data from various sources into reports.
Design reports via Jet Report to help the business identify patterns, trends, and relationships that can help them make better decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies.
Experience in support of enterprise solutions (end user or vendor environment).
Technical knowledge and experience in any enterprise solution and mobile app support.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with people from all levels and across different cultures.
Analytical and possesses good problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize incident management based on importance to the Business.
Must be able to work in a team in a fast-paced business environment.
