Responsibilities
: Meeting AOP targets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for different product portfolios Driving demand generation through channel partners as well as direct early engagement Drive Honeywell brand in customer Approved Vendor List (AVL) by application discussion, product presentations, drive preference, work on lock-in specifications and dilute challenging specs OEM development and upselling in existing opportunities - infrastructure, F&B, Mining, metals, Sugar, Power, Heat treatment, Packaging, OEMs Drive local regulatory approvals in each country Work with technology and product management team to drive product gaps Drive margin improvement by customer and competition mapping Create product awareness and drive preference by closely working with customers, presentations, value selling. Coordinate internally to meet channel as well as end customer requirements Driving sales for break through Initiatives (BTI), Core Growth Initiatives (CGI) and create healthy sales pipeline Working with HPS larger sales team to create opportunities for Modular System portfolio in GMP and ICSS jobs Working with Honeywell other businesses to drive demand Key Experience & Capabilities: BS or BE Degree - Preferred in: Engineering, Automation, Technology or Business (or equivalent knowledge / experience in these fields) 10+ years with at least 5 years in industrial sales/business development and/or handling large accounts. Proven business experience in multiple vertical markets, including Mining, Metals & Minerals, Oil & Gas production, Chemicals, F&B and/or Power industries. Networking within the instrumentation industry- large customers, OEM's, EPC's and Consultants will be a strong advantage. Experience planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products Proven technical sales skills Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge: Technical understanding of portfolio, competition and understanding of customer applications is must Extensive travel ( more than 50% ) Practical knowledge of process automation & control solutions. Anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and think independently to adapt as required Understands the value proposition of Honeywell and all the company has to offer From experience, a good knowledge of our customers' businesses and drivers Working knowledge of Honeywell, commercial terms, contract terms, etc. Exceptional knowledge of internal sales process and systems required to provide superb customer service Who We Are Discover More Start your career by making an impact and real connections with some of the most meaningful challenges around.
