Job ResponsibilitiesWork with & report directly to the Senior Architect / Project Director on all matters pertaining to the assigned projects and issues.
Provide technical guidance and working direction to the Junior design team members.
Possess strong leadership qualities in leading drafters, 3D visualizers & Junior colleagues on the working direction.
Participate in project meetings, meeting with clients to determine their needs and requirements, and align with the company design vision & mission.
Develop and present project schedules/design proposals.
Review & check design, technical/tender/construction drawings to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Ensure all drawings delivered to clients are neat & comply with company drawing standards.
Manage projects from concept development through to completion (CCC Stage).
Lead coordination of all disciplines, associates, and other specialists to produce a comprehensive and coordinated design, tender & construction document set that meets client requirements, local building code, and any other applicable laws.
Adjust design and plan sketches by senior/project architect to meet client needs and statutory requirements.
Able to prepare a full set of comprehensive design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Determine and adhere to timelines given by clients and senior/project directors.
Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
Conduct tenders and administer building contracts.
Respond to builder and client queries during, before, and after construction.
Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialists, and conduct regular site visits to check on progress, record & prepare meeting minutes & agendas.
Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as required.
Be responsive to the client and senior/project architect during working hours (via WhatsApp, email, or other social apps).
