The Offer Leadership Role A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities The Job Your responsibilities will include: Developing architectural concepts & schematics to review details & working drawings. Knowledge and experience in planning BOH & FOH for the hospitality design industry is a must. Would be involved in both architecture and interior design work. Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications. Project visits and assisting in construction supervision. To be able to manage, work independently & communicate well with other team members. The Profile possess at least a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Part 3 RIBA preferred) A good portfolio of past design and creative projects especially in hospitality. Minimum 8 years working experience Hands-on in sketch planning & sections. Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and structure. Strong understanding of and proficiency in archieving datelines. Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.Must Skilled in PC usage and associated software including MSOffice Problem solving skills, organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
