Responsibilities
• Assist Lead Architect in managing architectural functions of mid to large-scale projects• Design, check, and calculate architectural matters in compliance with standards• Undertake strategic planning projects across public and private sectors• Assist in preparation and delivery of detailed tender submissions and presentations• Lead project tendering process and make recommendations on consultants and subcontractors• Execute and monitor plans and systems related to design and ISO• Conduct tender interviews and analysis• Manage site coordination, review, and inspection• Monitor construction works and personnel• Manage liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities• Review and analyze architectural inputs for construction drawings• Prepare, maintain, and manage architectural drawings and documents• Ensure accurate BIM input and output for verification purposes• Monitor design aspects of construction works according to endorsed drawings• Ensure building design compliance with local authority requirements and timeline for CCC
Requirements
• Master's Degree/Degree in Architecture or equivalent fields• Minimum 7 years of working experience as a full-time Engineer• Minimum 6 years of construction site or consultancy experience related to M&E design• Proven experience in big-scale commercial and public building projects• In-depth knowledge of design, construction, and building systems• Well-versed in BIM modeller or relevant software• Well-versed in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or relevant software• Past completion of international projects preferred
