Senior Architect Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our Architecture Firm.
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to junior design team members.
Key Responsibilities:Lead projects from concept development through to completion (CCC Stage)
Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals
Determine and adhere to timelines given by client and senior/project director
Able to prepare a full set of comprehensive design drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Work with and report directly to the Project Director on all matters pertaining to assigned projects and issues
Participate in project meetings, meet with clients, and determine their needs and requirements while aligning with company design vision & mission
Review and check design, technical/tender/construction drawings to ensure alignment with client requirements
Lead coordination of all disciplines, associates, and other specialists to produce a comprehensive and coordinated design, tender & construction document set that meets client requirements, local building code, and applicable laws
Adjust design and plans sketches by senior/project architect to meet client's needs and statutory requirements
Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:At least 3-5 years working experience as an Architect
Educational background in Architecture
This is a long-term contract position available immediately.
We offer a competitive salary range of RM 5,000 - RM 8,000 per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
