Job Description Conceptualize concept and schematic design.
Prepare specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving detail design drawings as required.
Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
Assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Lead architecture design and execution for high profile projects, provide design directions to the project teams and control design quality.
Responsible for financial management of the project, ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively; Lead design in a holistic process-oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to build works.
Evaluate, select and apply standard architecture design techniques, procedures and criteria.
Client Management- Play a key role in client and government management and keep positive feedback and satisfaction; Confer with clients regarding design schemes and implementation.
Develop solutions that effectively address the social, legal and economic implications of the physical form.
Coordinate and consult with government and local regulatory agencies on scope and impact of project when necessary.
Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists Qualifications Master's / bachelor's degree in Architecture Min 6 to 8 years of experience in managing Architectural projects, Southeast Asia, Australia, Middle East/US/UK experience would be desirable but are not essential.
Being registered with the Board of Architects, in Malaysia will be an advantage Experience in leading the end-to-end large-scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to speak and write English fluently Project experience in, Transportation project is desirable.
