Description
Drive sales performance in the assigned region by meeting and exceeding sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring product availability across key retail and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure long-term business success and product visibility.
Mentor, coach, and motivate the field sales team to achieve individual and team targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
Track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales.
Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in FMCG sales, with a track record of consistently achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring targets are met.
Expertise in route-to-market strategies and a deep understanding of the Johor Bahru market dynamics, enabling successful sales growth and market share expansion.
Skilled in sales data analysis, tracking KPIs, and using insights to drive improvements in sales performance and market strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a customer-centric mindset focused on long-term business success.
