Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day assembly and spray activities to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Monitor and continuously improve production efficiency and productivity.
Lead, coach, and develop the assembly and spray teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
Maintain detailed records and provide regular performance reports.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline.
Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in a plastic injection moulding environment.
Strong technical knowledge of assembly and spray processes, machinery, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
