As part of the Scholarship & Educational Sponsorship team, your job scope will be as follows:
Assist and manage process of scholarship and educational sponsorship for SGH sponsored students, staff and scholars Ensure the monitoring, tracking, evaluation and report on scholarships and sponsorships Provide coordination, logistic and administrative support for the implementation of learning plans, initiatives and programs, including the provision of learning services, update of databases and records Participate in training/HR related projects and initiatives Manage training classes and contents on an internal Learning Management System Manage learning budget in line with SGH's strategy priorities and proactively tap on external funding resources to maximize learning opportunities available for employees. Job requirements Diploma in Training and/or HR related discipline Strong verbal and written communication skills At ease with data and enjoy being an individual contributor and a strong team player Resilient and strong interpersonal communication skills to build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with Competent in SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
