Job Summary: To provide support to the Head, Business Partner and the SVP, Business Partner in creating a conducive and prudent business operations environment within the Securities division. He/she will assist in managing processes and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, operational standards, and regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to the achievement of business goals.
Job Responsibilities: - EnhancementofInternal ControlMechanisms · Advise on and propose enhancements to internal control mechanisms foreffectivecomplianceandriskmanagementinsecuritiesbusinessoperations.
· Assist in managing risks associated with new developments in businessactivities,products,andprocessesarisingfromregulatoryupdatesorinternalchanges.
- IssueResolutionandManagement · AssistBusinessUnits/SupportUnitstoresolveissuesandfindingsraisedbyregulatorsandauditorspertainingtosecuritiesbusinessandoperations.
· Collaboratewithrelevantstakeholderstoaddresscompliancegapsandimplement correctiveactions.
- StakeholderManagement andProjectFacilitation · Strengtheninternalandexternalstakeholders'managementinresponsetochangesintheregulatoryenvironment andrules.
· SupportprojectmanagementanddigitalizationeffortswithintheSecuritiesdivisiontoensuresmooth businessoperations.
- AdvisorySupportforProductandProcess · Providevalue-addedadvisoryonproducts,businessinnovation,newbusinessmarkets/channels, andoperationalprocesses.
· Offerinsightsandrecommendationstoenhanceefficiencyandeffectivenessinbusiness operations.
- AdvocacyforComplianceandRegulatory Policies · Advocateforfacilitativecomplianceandregulatory-relatedpolicies,suchas anti-money laundering, Chinese Walls, Personal Data Protection Act, andCompetitionAct.
· Generateideasandprovidefeedbacktobusinesslinesforindustry-levelconsultationstopromotecomplianceculture.
- RegulatoryComplianceAssurance · Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and AHIB's policies andprocedures.
· Establishandmaintainrobustbusinessoperatingcontrolstomitigatecompliancerisks effectively.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance,BusinessAdministration,Law,orarelatedfield.
Previousexperienceinsecuritiesoperations,regulatorycompliance,orriskmanagementroleswithin thefinancialservices industry.
Strongunderstandingofsecuritiesregulations,operationalstandards,andcompliancerequirements.
Excellentanalyticalskillswiththeabilitytoidentifyissues,assessrisks,anddeveloppractical solutions.
Effectivecommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytocollaborateacrossvarious stakeholders.
Detail-orientedandorganized,withtheabilitytomanagemultipletasksandprioritieseffectively.
