; Requirements:- Social Media Management
Responsible for managing official social media channels, including community engagement, and leading the development and execution of content editorial calendars and plans. This includes reporting and optimizing social media content, both organic and paid, while tracking key performance metrics like engagement, conversion, and bounce rates. Additionally, the role involves analyzing content marketing metrics, making adjustments as needed, and implementing tracking mechanisms for digital content distribution.
Graphic Design
Collaborate with the Creative and Digital Team to curate high-quality, brand- and UX-compliant designs, while executing graphic design workflows from start to finish or as assigned. This includes suggesting improvements to existing artworks, layouts, or designs, ensuring deadlines are met, and creating design assets such as root designs, vectors, videography, and photography in partnership with the Creative Team.
Video Creation
Work with the Creative and Digital Team to create awesome, high-engagement video content that really converts! You'll be brainstorming ideas, playing the role of producer (or even on-screen talent!), and making sure everything's running smoothly. Plus, you'll need to do some solid research and content sourcing to make it all happen, and whip up engaging copy that really speaks to the end user. Oh, and don't forget—keeping an eagle eye on the details is key! You're the final stop before the content goes live, so it's up to you to catch anything that's off.
Website Management
Oversee the management of all brand-owned websites, conducting annual web design and content audits to ensure consistency and quality. Responsible for keeping all website information current and regularly updated to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Brand Management
Curate brand messaging and expand brand reach in collaboration with the Creative and Digital Team, while conducting annual reviews and updates of program branding. Work closely with the management team to revise the communications strategy, ensuring alignment of brand messaging and voice across all communications. Ensure that all online and offline platforms, including brand decks, websites, and social media, are consistently updated to reflect current brand messaging and voice.
Campaign Management
Ensure the timely production of all content while achieving campaign reach and targets. Create analytics reports to measure performance and ensure that the conversion rates meet the specified goals for each campaign.
General Management
Define and maintain a target number of native content pieces to be produced weekly for each brand, while achieving quarterly engagement and follower targets set by the company or department. Assist in the strategy, planning, execution, innovation, and monitoring of all programs and initiatives, including reporting. Additionally, focus on personal capacity building in consultation with a supervisor and actively coach team members to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills
-A bachelor's degree in any field, but specialization in any field of Communications is preferred.
-2 - 3 years, with a minimum of one (1) year in Communications work. Preferably communications generalists / integrated communications practitioners with a penchant in Content Creation and Graphics. Strategic communications and PR experience is a plus.
-Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to handle a camera for taking photos and recording videos.
-Basic video editing skills tailored for social media content.
-Experience with Canva for creating and editing posters and other visual content.
-High working knowledge of Office / MacOS work applications, and co-working applications i.e Google Suite apps.
-Familiarity or working knowledge on project management applications i.e Trello, Asana, Microsoft Projects etc.
-Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or any industry-standard production applications is a plus.
