Events' Communication
-Assist with communication activities by first understanding the objectives and goals of the event or program.
-Performs according to the plan, including timelines, and resource allocation.
-Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to execute the plan effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
-Guidance the support team (internal or external), resolves any issues or challenges that arise, and maintains communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with expectations.
-Reports on the success of the event or program based on predetermined metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
-Travels according to the given planning and limitation to ensure cross states events or programs are successfully completed.
Performing
-Assist in initiating and coordinating reporting, integrating proposals and streamlining communications between KBS's agencies and related NGOs.
-Ensuring timely submission of reports to relevant government agencies or departments.
-Supporting KBS's agencies on relevant esports programs in terms of technical, logistics, equipment, resources and related matters.
-Working closely with Government Affairs, Finance and Procurement and CEO's office for reporting coordination and submission.
-Support role to complete esports events and programs under ESI's purview by MSN and/or JBSN.
-Collaborating with Government Affairs, CEO's Office or Strategy and Communication to execute the mandated program, neither planned programs or ad-hocs.
Social Media Management
-Responsible for managing official social media channels, including community management.Lead the development content editorial calendars, content plans and execution.
-Reporting and optimization of social media content - including paid social where needed. Able to measure eyeball rates, social and web, i.e conversion and bounce rates.
-Analyze content marketing metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and set up tracking mechanisms for digital content distribution.
Graphic Design
-Work together with the Creative and Digital Team to curate high quality, brand-compliant and UX-compliant designs, in collaboration with the Creative and Digital Team.
-Executing graphic design workflow from end-to-end, or part of the workflow according to the work plan assigned.
-Coordinating and liaising with outside agencies, art service providers, web designers, marketing agents, printers' services, and colleagues as necessary.
Video Creation
-Assist the execution of video content creation with high engagement and conversion rates, in collaboration with the Creative and Digital Team.
-Expected to do good and efficient research, content sourcing and data extraction for the purpose of content and any other purpose assigned. Able to research industry-related topics and produce engaging copies for end users.
-Must exercise a keen eye for detail, be problem solvers, and prepare to be the last line of defense before content ends up in front of the user.
Website Management
-Responsible for managing all the websites owned by the brand.
-Annual web design / content audit for all websites belonging to the brand.
-Ensure the information on all websites belonging to the brand are refreshed all the time with current information.
Brand Management and Operations
-Responsible for curating brand messaging and expanding brand reach, in collaboration with the Creative and Digital Team.
-Review and update program branding annually.
-Assisting the operations of an event (if needed) in all aspects to ensure its smooth execution.
-Throughout the event, address any issues or challenges that arise, and make real-time adjustments as needed to keep the event smooth running and collaborate with the support services (if needed).

; Requirements:-
-A bachelor's degree in any field, but specialization in any field of Communications is preferred.
-2-3 years or more of working experience in a related field especially in leadership or managerial role.
-Experience in Esports Industry will be highly encouraged.
-Able to work independently, willing to take unpopular decision based on fact finding and logical reasoning, as well as provide unbiased recommendations.
-Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter.
-High working knowledge of Office / MacOS work applications, co-working applications i.e Google Suite apps and Canva and content organization applications i.e Hootsuite.
-Familiarity or working knowledge on project management applications i.e Trello, Asana, Microsoft Projects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or any industry-standard production applications is a plus.
