Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:Preparation of announcements, circulars, submission and offering documents for the corporate finance transactions handled by the investment bank.
Due diligence review of transactions.
Co-ordination of other professionals involved in the corporate finance transactions.
Liaise with the regulators on the processing of submissions for the corporate finance transactions handled by the investment bank.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
Candidates with minimum 2 years of solid working experience in corporate advisory/accounting/finance.
Experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, listings, securities issues and corporate finance transactions is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and risk management skills.
