We are seeking a Senior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our design team. You will play a crucial role in leading the visual design aspects of various projects, ensuring high-quality graphics and videos that align with our brand's identity for digital marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with good design skills and the ability to mentor junior designers.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
-Lead the creation of innovative design solutions and high-quality graphics and videos for digital, print, and multimedia projects, including marketing campaigns, websites, social media and product launches.
-Produce engaging videos through editing stock footage and creating motion graphics.
-Develop static designs using both stock image and vectors for web content, ads, and other marketing materials.
-Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure all designs adhere to standards and effectively communicate our brand identity.
-Work closely with marketing, business and product teams to ensure cohesive design solutions and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
-Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
-Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our design work.

; Requirements:- Education Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Graphic Design, Multimedia, or similar degrees preferred)
Software and Technical Skills:
-Highly proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
-Experience in video production and motion graphics.
Key Attributes:
-At least 3 years of work experience as Senior Designer or similar role
-An online portfolio of professional work (MUST)
-Keen eye for design, details and aesthetics
