Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day operations of bank accounts, i.e., monitor the cash inflow, prepare payment for withdrawal of excess funds, expenses, etc., as well as facilitate the permitted investment and prepare bank reconciliation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with trust deed covenants and monitor the minimum balance requirements for the relevant bank accounts.
Liaise with Custodian for day-to-day Trades Settlement, Money Market Placements, Fixed Income, FX, Corporate Actions, etc.
Prepare billings for trustee fees, monitor, and follow up to ensure all fees are collected on a timely basis.
Ensure all statutory regulations and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Ensure all queries raised by clients are resolved on a timely basis.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments (if any).
Minimum Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Computer literate and excellent knowledge in MS Office.
Personal Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Adapt well to changes in technologies and business requirements.
Ability to consistently work accurately under pressure.
High integrity, professionalism, and ethics.
Meticulous and strong organizational skills.
Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
