Job DescriptionResponsible for the entire sales process from sourcing/servicing new & existing customers, attending to customer enquiries, negotiating on terms of sales, closing the sales and providing after sales service.
Provide service to applicators and contractors in terms of material supply, credit management & warranty.
Develop and nurture relationships with new/potential/existing customers.
Monitor project site progress to ensure applicators apply the correct painting system.
Complaint handling – joint inspection together with the technical service team on site complaints.
Co-ordinate with other departments and corporate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with the customer service department on customer's order and delivery matters.
Liaise with the finance department (GBS) to resolve credit blocked customer accounts.
