The Grab Self-Serve Business Solution team empowers merchants to connect with the Grab audience through online advertising experiences. Using our unique ecosystem and user base, we allow merchants to reach their target audiences at scale. By offering targeted advertising campaigns, promotional offers, and in-app engagement, we build measurable outcomes and help merchants achieve success.
Get to Know the Role
You will help build our Self-Serve platform within your assigned markets. If you are passionate about using technology to empower businesses, create value, forge lasting relationships and succeed in a collaborative environment then the efforts of your work will contribute to the mission of driving Southeast Asia forward by economically empowering everyone.
You will report to Country Development (Self-Serve Business Solutions) and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will collaborate with country and regional Marketing & CRM teams to implement strategies for acquiring and retaining advertisers.
You will plan and schedule regional B2B marketing campaigns, track their performance, and share best practices to improve and succeed.
You will engage with important members of the country's commercial teams to conduct regular business reviews, and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
You will work with country commercial teams to identify important partners and lead merchant success through online and offline education programs.
You will monitor Self-Serve performance reports daily, and support the country's commercial team with data access, best practices, and business insights.
You will gather merchant feedback through surveys, advertiser panels, user groups, and roundtables, and provide input for product development.
You will work with the Self Serve Strategy & Planning and Customer Success teams to implement projects.
You will partner with the Self-Serve Strategy & Planning and Customer Success teams to document new experiments and findings to improve business process workflows and team knowledge.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
You have 5 years of experience in Sales or Consulting roles focused on advertiser acquisition and retention in B2B tech, digital sectors, or growth startups within the SMB Ads Ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
You have demonstrated experience managing accounts and driving strategies for new business and up-sell opportunities through collaboration with multiple teams.
You have experience working with regional marketing teams and implementing B2B campaigns.
You have track performance and work with different partners to lead enablement and continuous improvements.
You have exposure working with product teams in providing insights and user feedback for product enhancements.
You have experience in monitoring and analysis of complex data to deliver relevant insights to increase marketing campaigns performance and business improvements.
You have experience developing localized training programs, driving merchant adoption of the platform, and post-training analysis.
