Senior Associate, System Support & Project

Job Purpose
Assist the head in the overall operations of the department to provide application systems and reporting support to end users of both KIB and WMD Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction
Using SQL (daily, monthly and ad-hoc) to other departments for mandatory reporting, business analysis and other purposes Perform business/system requirement gathering
Assist the head to plan and execute system projectRequirement study System Testing
Perform SIT and UAT for system changesSystem file deploymentDocumentation Provide IT Solutions support to users
Ensure users have all the IT resource to carry out their daily tasksSystem administratorLiaise with outside parties/vendors/GIT Assist external parties/vendors/GIT for IT needs/requirements to support company business operations
Staff Development Attend internal or external training Job Requirements
Education and License Requirements
Degree in IT/Computer ScienceExperience
 At least 2 years in technical operations support and/or an equivalent combination of training and experienceKnowledge, Skills & Attributes
