Your New CompanyIs a top Malaysia Chartered Accountants firm that provides a full range of professional services in Auditing, Taxation, Accounting, Corporate Secretariat, SST and Liquidation to Malaysia registered / incorporated SMEs and they are looking for a Senior Audit Professional to join them.Key Responsibilities:This is a Senior Executive /Supervisory / Managerial level position, and you will report to the Audit Engagement Partner.
Your main function is to lead the subordinate audit team members in Auditing our SME clients' books of accounts / financial statements which are prepared in accordance with approved accounting standards, and have intensive / extensive hands-on practical audit experience in a well-established chartered accountants firm, producing complete set of audited financial statements from audit planning to audit completion for Audit Engagement Partner's review.Qualifications:· Holders of recognised Accounting Degree or professional certificate : ACCA or CPA Australia or equivalent ;· Hands on audit experience in executive / supervisory / managerial level in well established chartered accountants firms.· Hands on corporate income tax experience will be strong added advantage.Experience:· Minimum 8 years of audit experience· Has experience in managing and leading teams effectively with good people/interpersonal skillsOther RequirementsWork Arrangements: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
Travel: Willing to travel to office in Johor Bahru and relocate to Johor Bahru(if required) and willing to travel to Kuala lumpur if and when required
This position will be based in Johor Bahru
Must have strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin(preferred) and Bahasa Malaysia
