Job Responsibilities:Supervise and bake pastries, cakes, breads, and others to achieve production outputs.
Ensure all bakery items are baked based on menu and standardized recipes.
Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
Be responsible for the bread and pastries production line.
Ensure baking needs and inventory supplies are at an optimum level and record inventory made and used.
Ensure finished goods and raw materials are stored properly and are in good condition at all times.
Comply with all food safety and food act regulations to ensure quality of products.
Lead and supervise Junior Bakers and Trainees.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job / Skills Requirements:Preferably 2 years of experience as a Baker.
Minimum Certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry Art / Bread making or relevant qualifications in a related field.
Knowledge of food act and food safety.
Able to work in a team and independently with strong planning and resource management skills.
