Senior Barista / Head Barista (See Cafe)

Job Descriptions: Ensure a pleasant customer experience.Set and maintain standards for all product preparations according to company requirements.Train and lead the team to effectively communicate product uniqueness to customers.Oversee outlet cash handling procedures.Set and enforce practices for relevant health and safety standards, as well as equipment usage and maintenance.Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.Manage outlet inventory and stock.Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.Conduct training and provide guidance to subordinates.Assist in creating seasonal beverages.Oversee the overall performance of the outlet. Job Requirements: Able to communicate in simple English.6 working days per week (shift rotation).Salary based on experience.Overtime (OT) and shift work required.Ability to work proactively and independently.Strong communication skills.School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Malaysian citizens only.Professional barista training will be provided. Highlight : Statutory contributions provided (EPF, SOCSO).Overtime pay (when required to OT).Monthly salary paid on time.Annual leave encashment, paid leaves, staff purchase benefits, annual dinner, gift box, and more.
