Assist in the development and implementation of brand plans in order to grow the brand market share, brand awareness, revenue and profitability.
Achieve set objectives and goals for the assigned brand/category/segment in terms of market share, brand equity, sales volume and value, and profitability.
Formulate marketing plans and strategies, administer them, and recommend changes and improvements where necessary to ensure achievement of established goals/objectives within the budget for the assigned portfolio.
Ability to copywrite (in English) during ad hoc situations.
Responsible for developing communication plans for all channels (social media, press releases, website, SEO, EDM & Digital Marketing).
Oversee postings of all social media contents (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS LinkedIn) to meet the required number of postings monthly.
Oversee EDM blast, working closely with sales team and category manager to ensure aligned messaging and promotions to ensure executed on-time and in-full.
Oversee external parties collaboration including KOLs/influencers, media houses, third party brands, brand partnerships, etc. to ensure execution on-time and in-full.
Monitoring and updating A&P budget for brand and monthly sales. Be responsible for monthly reconciliation.
Data driven and analyze ongoing brand and consumer market trends, research studies to formulate and implement appropriate marketing plans and programmes that reflect and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Regularly provide brand and business reviews to the senior management with data reports.
Work effectively and efficiently with internal counterparts (beyond Malaysia) and external agencies/vendors.
Lead and manage brand executives.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Min 3 years experience within brand/marketing management.
Savvy in digital marketing and numbers & figures.
Action-oriented and a change driver.
