Job Description - Senior Brand Manager - Baby Care MY/SG (2407028006W)
This position reports into Head of Marketing, MYSG and is based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor D.E. - Malaysia.

Role reports to:Head of Marketing, MYSG
What you will do
Lead consumer marketing brands, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional counterparts to create and execute initiatives through the Consumer Journey.
Apply in-depth understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics for end-to-end brand management and development.
Contribute to the planning process and execution of brand strategies and brand building tactics.
Plan and execute communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media.
Develop Influencer Marketing Engagement Plans to build relevance for brands.
Assist with pricing and new product launches while developing new business opportunities.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand P&L to determine implications of marketing decisions on brand profitability.
Lead brand performance analysis and deliver recommendations based on strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Implement brand strategies for a portfolio of brands.
Create and support innovative and effective campaigns to increase sales & market share.
Manage new product launches, coordinating with supply chain on inventory and preparing pricing and presentations for customers.
Contribute to brand team meetings and business planning processes.
Lead external agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of work within budget.
Work with media partners to optimize digital campaigns.
Collaborate with agencies to develop or adapt assets for marketing initiatives.
Ensure flawless execution of new product development launches.
Work closely with the Shopper & Customer Development team to implement commercial initiatives.
Conduct competitor and consumer insights analysis.
Participate in Annual Business/Brand Planning.
Develop Brand Plans to deliver category growth and present to key customers.
Champion your brand within the broader organization.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
Minimum of 5 years of Brand Management Experience in an FMCG environment.
Strong commercial understanding with financial acumen.
Experience with P&L Development.
Experience executing digital/online marketing strategies.
Proactive and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt plans as challenges arise.
Passion for building brands with a proven track record in developing brand strategies.
