-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-5-8 years of experience in brand management within an agency environment, demonstrating proficiency in managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
-Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
-Manage a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with agency services.
-Proactively identify and address potential risks impacting project delivery and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
-Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team, including brand executives, brand managers, and junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-Mentor and develop team members, nurturing their skills and expertise in line with industry trends and client demands.
Agency and Account Direction:
-Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team to develop strategic plans for client brands that align with agency objectives and client needs.
-Maintain strategic oversight of various accounts, advising clients on new issues and factors in the competitive environment.
-Regularly assess performance against KPIs and financial targets, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
Fame:
-Support the Business Director and/or Brand Director in championing the development and execution of high-impact campaigns that not only showcase creativity but also drive measurable marketing effectiveness. Strive to deliver campaigns that surpass industry standards, capturing audience attention and achieving tangible results that align with client objectives and agency excellence standards.
Growing Existing Business:
-Assist the Business Director and/or Brand Director in expanding the agency's work scope with existing accounts, including new digital programs and out-of-scope projects.
-Create and develop opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts, maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.
New Business:
-Assist the Business Director and/or Brand Director in new business development efforts.
Financial Management:
-Manage the revenue target for assigned client portfolios, collaborating with the Business Director to achieve annual revenue targets.
-Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts, new business opportunities, and financial performance, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial management.
