Senior Bread And Cake Baker

Job Responsibilities:Ensure and bake all bakery items based on menu and standardized recipes.
Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
Be responsible for the bread and pastries production line.
Ensure baking needs and inventory supplies are at an optimum level and record inventory made and used.
Ensure finished goods and raw materials are stored properly and are in good condition at all times.
Comply with all food safety and food act regulations to ensure quality of products.
Lead and supervise Junior Bakers and Bread Trainees.
Job Requirements:Preferably 5 years of experience as a Baker.
Minimum Certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry Art / Bread making.
Knowledge of food act and food safety.
Able to work in a team and independently with strong planning and resource management skills.
