Job Responsibilities Pre-IPO projects and assessing company. Prepare financial analysis, analyze data, and draw conclusion from findings;Prepare reports for correspondence parties in respect of matters arising on the consultancy services;Participation in the investigation of particular transactions and assistance in monitoring litigation and disputes;Prepare business valuation and investment teaser, if any;Prepare PL forecast and cash flow forecast to suit the needs of client;Lead juniors and review junior's task.To assist in internal auditing assignment. Job Requirements Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Management/equivalent;At least 3 years or above of working experience in Financial Advisory or Audit related field;Familiar with Malaysian IPO regulations, Business Valuation Standards & Financial Reporting Requirements. Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia and able to write report independently;Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantage as we're majority dealing with Chinese clients;Willing to travel for outstation works and possession of own vehicle will be added as advantage; Work Location: Kuala Lumpur: HQ (Faber Tower, Taman Desa)
