Responsible for communicating, coordinating, requirements gathering, and define business analysis requirements from the partners/clients. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FS). Perform quality assurance, testing, verifications, validations, and recommend new enhancements to improve IT processes. Provide progress reporting and manage change requirements (CR) in a timely and structured manner, communicating to stakeholders for review and approval.   Who are we looking for? Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technologies or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst. Experienced in the Insurance or Financial Services sector will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment. Able to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
