Job Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders across business units to develop system analysis and documentation including requirement, processes, test case, test script, tracking bugs/issues and other supporting project documentation (eg. minutes) from project initiation to post go-live.
Prepare and conduct regular updates and presentation on project status, milestones, achievements and upcoming tasks.
Develop comprehensive project plans with budget and timelines and support the project team in day-to-day activities and ensure project deadlines are met.
Act as a liaison between different project teams, stakeholder and vendors. Clearly communicate project goal and ensure effective communication within project team and within external stakeholders.
Organize and lead in various department coordination meetings and drive the enhancement/modification of business systems through analysis, clarification and definition of user requirements.
Partner with Technical Managers and development teams of business solutions for user departments.
Ensure smooth transition from Project to Support with necessary documentation.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
As part of the IT Compliance team, assist in the assessment of IT-related compliance issue across the organization including network & information security, identity management, user access, data integrity and other when required.
Be the primary coordinator and point of contact for audit activities and collaborate with different department to gather necessary documentation and information.
Work closely with internal auditors and group auditors on the scheduled audits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem solving, written & verbal communication and decision making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
