About the RoleSwift is seeking a candidate to join as a Business Analyst working on analysis to deliver insights for management's/business decision-making and support strategy formation. This role will be ideal for individuals who are interested and passionate about data and business decision analytics.As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis department, your key responsibilities would be delivering meaningful use cases and analyses complemented with valuable business insights for the team and multi-functional partners in a global environment. These analyses may include monitoring the financial performance ensuring accurate and appropriate insights with regards to investment or operational decisions.You should be able to manage and analyse large data sets, translate these into meaningful insights for management, and link these with the business context. You will contribute to a variety of activities e.g. report business performance, supervise performance against targets, forecast business for short/long-term planning, develop models to detect special patterns in Swift data, simulate product usage, identify key drivers and related impacts, etc. You are also required to be highly skilled and self-motivated, able to work independently and at the same time collaborate well with the rest of the team.What to expect?
Prepare business performance reports on actuals and monitor against targets/forecast/budget.
Develop interactive and intuitive reports/dashboard to transform data into valuable insights subsequently actionable information for management and internal collaborators.
Conduct analysis to identify key drivers and its potential impacts to business.
Perform scenario-based simulations of business performance or product usage to support pricing assessment and company strategy.
Build statistical analysis and financial modelling techniques for company budgeting and forecasting purposes.
Develop models to detect special patterns in Swift data as an alert system for changing business evolution.
Promote data-driven culture by shaping future data needs/models and improve financial forecasting activities within the team.
Communicate insights effectively to management and internal partners through identification of opportunities, risks, and action towards them.
Establish good relationships with key partners across the organization and cross regions via regular, engaging, and two-way conversation and collaboration.
Manage projects of low to moderate complexity in close liaison with all relevant departments and to company E2E project management guidelines.
Deliver with ease using several enterprise applications or office tools, e.g. SAP, Salesforce, MicroStrategy, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, etc.
Implement continuous improvements to current processes for effectiveness of day-to-day deliveries.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all business processes within the team.
Acquire good business understanding of Swift products and services to be able to deliver intuitive analysis.

At least 5 years' experience in Business Analytics, Business Information System, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent.
