Job Responsibilities:
Facilitation of requirements gathering workshops or discovery with different business teams.
Provides business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives.
Work with business users in defining scoping and planning detailed approaches for all business work streams.
Understand the business needs and help convert those into effective solutions by working with technical teams.
Collaborate with Business and other technical and non-technical resources to ensure holistic and complete solutions.
Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders and document these requirements into Business Specifications or Use case documents for review and approval by business customers.
Provide support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensures change management processes are adhered to and enforce new changes in application to all relevant teams.
Work with users to establish best practice principles.
Play an active role in all phases of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have prior experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in General Insurance standard processes like Policy Servicing, New Business, Underwriting, and Claims.
Basic knowledge of General Insurance products and how they work (e.g., Motor, PA, Fire, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
