You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions. Advanced skills for data analytics and data modelling with reporting front-end tools (MS Power BI or similar) is keyExperience with cloud solutions (Databricks, Azure, AWS or similar)Strong coding skills (preferably SQL, Python, Spark)Experience with data engineering and analysisStrong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentStrong communication skills in written and spoken English Good presentation skillsGood self-management skills and stress resilienceHighly organised with good attention to detailFamiliarity with SAP BW4HANA and ERP system SAP FAM/TRM or FICO is a plusRelevant working experience in (insurance) asset management is a plus Understanding of financial products, financial markets as well as the main accounting principles (IFRS, GAAPs) is a plus.You are the heart & soul of Zurich!
