Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Monitor and report on sales performance, target customers and other reports.
Achieve sales targets, KPIs and objectives set by management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Participate in conferences and networking events to promote the company and its services.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and total logistics.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, time management skills, and leadership skills.
