Job DescriptionTo present Franchise Package to Potential Franchisee
To Identify and Evaluate Potential Franchisee, assessing their suitability based on Financial Capabilities, Market Knowledge, and Operational Expertise
To Maintain Relationship with New and Existing Franchisee in all aspects including Support, Guidance, Daily Operations to ensure their success and maximize their business profit
Handle Corporate Presentation, Prepare Documents/Contracts and Proposals
Liaise with Landlord/Management and Rental Negotiation according to Company Budget
Liaise with various Government Departments and Associations according to Company Direction
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential franchisees and generate leads, leveraging various channels such as trade shows, digital marketing, and networking events
To Establish Strategic Partnerships to improve Brand Exposure
To Identify and analyze market trends to develop targeted expansion plans and capitalize on growth opportunities
To conduct Market Research and Feasibility Studies to identify potential locations for New Outlets, taking into account demographic factors, Direct/Indirect competitors, and local market dynamics
Collaborate with cross-department teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop comprehensive business proposals
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities
To Conduct Monthly Meetings with Franchisees, giving advice on the PNL and briefing them on future plans
Ad hoc Tasks from Superior
Job RequirementsProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
Preferably proven experience in the Food and Beverage industry
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
