We're seeking a results-drivenSenior Business Development Managerto lead digital sales, build strong client relationships, and drive growth.

What You'll Do:
Sales Meetings & Presentations:Schedule and conduct impactful sales meetings weekly with new and existing clients, aiming for upselling opportunities.
Pitch Deck Preparation:Conduct thorough industry research, create compelling pitch decks, and obtain internal approvals before client presentations.
Sales Closing:Follow up, negotiate terms, close deals, and onboard clients to ensure seamless project handovers.
Professional Growth:Stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills through courses and workshops.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital media sales.
Strong network with advertising agencies (advantageous).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at identifying opportunities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must possess own transportation.
